The Presynct Report Network is a forms-based incident report writing system with a workflow engine, database, and electronic distribution. Presynct can also serve as an RMS for the smaller agency and is available for purchase or subscription.
Presynct is compatible with NIEM/GJXDM data sharing standards and integrates with proprietary systems that are also industry standards based.
Department's native forms are automated then utilized from report creation through distribution and archiving. Officers and Supervisors complete reports using a mobile client or their local area network.
Presynct has a complete approval-rejection tracking process. Finalized reports can be shared with others using the cost-efficient paperless report distribution process. Information contained in the forms is stored in a SQL database for retrieval and analysis.
