The PointGun handheld 3D scanner captures point cloud data comparable to point clouds captured by most terrestrial laser scanners. The MK-3 panoramic camera captures highly detailed crime scenes with unprecedented speed and light sensitivity, allowing for future examination. Panoscan images can be linked to create virtual tours for tactical mapping of schools and other public places, helping first responders to save lives and protect their own safety. Panoscan's exclusive PanoMetric photogrammetry software enables measurement within the panoramic image to a fraction of an inch accuracy, up to a distance of 30 feet.
